These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Spotly Kids mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Spotly Kids ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, downloading the app, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is intended for parents, legal guardians, and authorized casting agencies. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Parents and guardians are solely responsible for all activity under their account, including child profile information, casting applications, communications, and compliance with applicable child labor, privacy, and entertainment industry laws.

Children may not register for their own accounts. Any child information must be submitted only by a parent or legal guardian with authority to do so.

Accounts are authenticated using a mobile phone number and one-time password (OTP). You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at support@spotlykids.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to use Spotly Kids only for lawful purposes. You may not:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose safety risks.

Casting opportunities are posted by agencies and partners. Spotly Kids facilitates discovery and application but does not guarantee auditions, selection, payment, or employment.

Agencies are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Parents should independently verify casting opportunities, production companies, and any off-platform requests for money, travel, or personal information.

Spotly Kids is not a talent agency, employer, or guarantor of casting outcomes unless explicitly stated in writing.

Certain features require a paid Spotly Pro subscription processed through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize recurring or one-time charges as displayed at purchase.

Subscription benefits may include unlimited casting applications, priority notifications, verified casting access, and enhanced communication features as described in the app.

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated. You may cancel according to in-app or platform store instructions where applicable. Contact support@spotlykids.com for billing questions.

The Service, including logos, design, software, and curated content, is owned by Spotly Kids or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you upload (such as profile and application photos). By uploading content, you grant Spotly Kids a limited license to store, display, and share that content as necessary to operate the Service — including sharing application materials with relevant casting agencies.

Workshop and media content may include third-party videos (e.g., YouTube). Such content remains subject to the rights of respective owners.

Spotly Kids provides safety guidance but cannot guarantee the conduct of third parties. You agree to exercise caution, verify profiles and opportunities, and report suspicious activity to support@spotlykids.com.

We may investigate reports and take action including content removal, account suspension, or referral to authorities where appropriate.

By enabling notifications, you consent to receive service-related messages such as new casting alerts. Message frequency varies. Standard carrier charges may apply for SMS OTP verification.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use information.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation, or the accuracy of third-party casting listings.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPOTLY KIDS AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Spotly Kids in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spotly Kids from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your child profile submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create safety risks, or if we discontinue the Service.

Provisions that by nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute provisions — will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
